Physical Products (120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)
We offer a 120-day return window for our physical products. This means you have 120 days from the date you receive your item to try it and decide if it’s right for you.
If you’ve used the product as intended and are not satisfied with your results, you may return it for a refund within this 120-day period.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned within 120 days of delivery

The device should be in reasonable condition (normal wear from testing is okay)

Digital Memberships & Subscriptions (30-Day Refund Window)
All digital memberships, subscriptions, and online services are covered by a 30-day refund policy, starting from the date of purchase.
Refund requests for digital memberships must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, digital memberships are non-refundable.
If approved, refunds apply only to the membership or subscription fee and do not extend or reset any trial or promotional periods.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
